Project 374 of 410

Glass is an 18-story residential tower, and it is situated on the southern tip of Miami Beach, in the South of the Fifth Street neighborhood. The building is a response to its site, context and environment. The tower is designed to dematerialize as it rises, with its exterior almost entirely disappearing into the atmosphere due its compositional use of fritted, patterned glass. Glass reflects, captures and abstracts the natural landscape of sand, sea and sky, while retaining the essence of place through its architectural design, its materials, surface textures and tonal color.

10 custom built homes emerge seamlessly into the Miami Skyline. What Glass offers that is unique to other developments is that there is one unit per floor therefore each unit has a 360 degree view. Inside, every corner of the building reflects the attention to detail and the finishes making Glass a development like no other.

The diversity and architecture, the landscape, the wide shore line and the great restaurants makes a perfect location for Glass.

It’s easy to take the things around us for granted but both Raymond and Rene are well-known for questioning the way we experience our everyday surroundings and after all isn’t that what great design is about?
